The FSW is the Fonds Soziales Wien. It helps people with disabilities in Vienna. Here you prepare your application for the Freizeitfahrtendienst. This is a transport service for trips in your free time.

    Confirmed leisure service within Vienna city limits, usually shared rides. Medical insurance transport, senior day-centre and work travel are separate routes. Eligibility card and individual decision by FSW, no legal entitlement or automatic guaranteed individual transport.

    The FSW needs this confirmation for your application. Without it, something important is missing.

    Have the actual medical attachment completed outside the app

    Have the attachment fully confirmed by the doctor with date, stamp and signature. Existing specialist report only for actual need; do not universally require buying a new report. Diagnosis or mobility details only through the private official route.

  4. 4Copy your proof documentsProof documents show that something is true. For example ID, residence, income or medical findings. A finding is a report from a doctor.Key step

    Without a valid signature, the FSW cannot properly check the application.

    You or your representative signs. Send an electronically signed PDF as the file, not as a scan. If you cannot sign, clarify the way with the FSW.

    Applicant or actually authorised representative signs. An electronically signed PDF must be transmitted as its electronic original; a scanned signature cannot be verified.
