Show housing, insurance and income
For the permit you need three kinds of proof. A home that suits your family size, e.g. a rental contract. Health insurance that pays in Austria and covers everything; travel insurance is not enough. And enough regular income without social assistance. The authority calculates how much is enough. The City of Vienna explains the calculation online.
